Job Title: Experienced Driver – Stepdeck & RGN Trailers (Heavy Equipment & Wide Load Hauling)

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate stepdeck and RGN trailers for the safe transport of heavy machinery, construction equipment, and wide loads
• Plan routes and obtain proper permits for oversized loads when required
• Perform secure loading, unloading, and proper tie-down procedures
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicle and trailer before and after trips
• Maintain accurate trip reports, delivery logs, and paperwork
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients
Requirements:
• Valid CDL (Class A) with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of experience hauling with stepdeck and RGN trailers
• Proven experience transporting heavy equipment and wide loads
• Knowledge of securement procedures, load limits, and oversize permits
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Flexibility for regional and long-haul trips as needed
